Los Angeles Chinese Orchestra, formerly known as Chinese Classical Music Ensemble, is incorporated and granted its non-profit 501(c)(3) status in 2007. For more than a decade, this group’s performance of classical and original repertoires on Chinese and western instruments has been featured in numerous concerts and soundtracks. In 2002 and 2006, our performances at the Los Angeles County Holiday Celebration was featured in a highlight broadcast that aired nationally on PBS.
